Why wouldn't why sig show up?

Nvm, it showed up now... Once i posted a new thread, i was looking at a old post..

Ok.. Yes im new here but im not a idiot..

I uploaded my ava and put the link between the img tags.. It hasn't showed up, so then i went ahead and i wrote some text above it.. that doesn't show either..

Do i have to enable somewhere else? Do i have to purchase a sig? I went though the settings..
