1.) make it so no one else exept clan members can post in clans shoutbox,
will keep multis away from spamming also if friends wnat to wish luk or say gz
they can pm it to the leader.
2.) dont allow images being posted in shoutbox
3.) make it so person has to get 15 or so posts before he /she can post an image
