Basically, there's some shit you could change to make it cheap, but still kick ass!.

Changable stuff:
gris shield? Wtf? 4 socketed shield with nice res is fine enough - nn gris shield unless you find it. make spirit in the shield or just place 4 pdiamonds for res.
lionheart runeword? I don't think I can think of a runeword that would be as useless as this one.. - go with duress, nothing less (i know, it's an um, but stil - highlord's is worth um/pul as well! and if you think about it, shael um thul is almost as easy to get as hel lum fal for lionheart)
dwarf? nn dwarf! - just use 2 ravens for more dex and cold abs ~~
highlords is indeed a great amu, but why sweat it? put on a rising sun amu and diablo's minions + himself will give you life instead of taking it (practically rules out the life tap wand as well..)

Now, a build like this wont give ya lots of res when facing mephi's convic aura so there's like two possibilities (and a strategy better than "throw life tap with wand and then runnnn xaxaxaaxaxa omg!!"):
1: treachery rune word. open uber trist and position yourself on this corpse on a stick (yeah, there's a corpse on a stick) - this corpse is on fire!!! this fire will trigger fade from the treachery runeword and shabang, you'll have some nice res.
2: use your remaining 20 skill points (or something similar) to get 21 skill points in conviction.. conviction removes defense, but it still aint a fana aura - the point is: it will override mephi's convic aura so you'll suddenly have some nice res vs his deadly elemental damage.

Strategy: Run like the wind and smite like a brute?!? No, of course not. You move slowly towards the north west (by the house where you do the ut exp trick) and then follow the outskirts of trist down to wirt's body. now you go south east untill you see an opening between two house. Moving closer to that opening will lure mephi towards you. you can throw life tap or whatever before he meets you (scroll lock?). This trick will let you fight uber mephisto on his own - greatly improving your chances of a flawless uber trist. You can use highlord's vs mephi and then switch it to rising sun before going towards baal and didi - with rising sun, these guys are like killing andariel with a 14k dmg hammerdin - very fucking easy.
