It's cause by any movement in game that beats the games maximum fps then the game can show.
I don't know the games dynamic structure for frame rate so I cannot answer what frame you need to reach before it's glitched.

But like Maddi said, Fast and faster.

Faster doesn't mean more desynch.

Actually, creating jerking motions from left to right while you're trying to desynchronize yourself from the server is more important than moving in a straight line.
