Can you turn any useless exp into anything?

At level 15 you know how you can't level anymore and you can choose to keep fighting and gain gold/exp. Can you turn that exp into something like gold?

do you try to get more gems or hitpoints?

Yes, at lvl 15 most usually seek the green dragon.
He is found in a place like glorfindal or romar he can be found at different places, anyplace that has a forest.
Go there, seek him and kill him, it will be highlighted in the forest Seek out the Green Dragon

When you find him After you kill you will get a new class, better with more life.
Don't sit and get gold cause it's pointless at low lvls.
It's also associated with farming.
In the event you make more gold then you put into it, your farming.
Thats not allowed.
If your caught farming, thats not a good thing.
