for a few fourms
1. a neopets fourm (i know its been suggested before just doing it again in this )
2. a place in the s/a thread for people just to admit to what they did to where if they do they can just repay there scams here without being locked/scammed/banned if they admit to it when they hadn't already been caught.
3. random arcade torneys on random arcade games like 1 game each week is chosen and the winner gets placed on a winners list or something.
4. make a email validation required to join and so its 1 acc per email maybe this will help stop some of the multis or at least slow em down
5. redo the site donor list on the front like remove the people that did a reverse transaction and maybe do a top 100 donors instead of 50?

well acutrly a bit diffrent i ment one of the why am i locked
but also where a person if they scamed or multied and manged to not get caught and finally relized it was gay they could just admit it and have a chance to pay it back withotu there fg getting locked

yes cuz people like crai will stop making as much multis
