Chciałbym kiedyś spróbować. Ale tak na poważnie, siedzieć lub leżeć w jednym miejscu nieruchomo i obserwować swój oddech i nie dać się myślom. Bo kiedyś spróbowałem, kilka lat temu, ale coś mnie co chwilę rozpraszało i chuj w sumie z takiej medytacji.
