nah 100% scammer. he showed me his rep page so i assumed he could be trusted. i sent him the fg and than he instantly blocked me on discord. i have all the pictures to prove it. but this site is ran like a fucking joke. so i rather not even bother wasting my time. the moderators all have down syndrome

just got off the phone with a paypal rep and there's absolutely zero activity on my account, inbound or outbound lol

it'd be worth it to share the screenshots you have so we can at least shut down a 17 rep account; all that reputation is at least six years old
