well scroll of id is the most useful item of the game (cain doesnt count since he isnt an item lol)

but i choose enigma because it really changed the game a lot imo

hm for me it is legit 32020s because they are usefull. They can be used on many chars as : zealer, bowa, barb, sin (maybe?), charger and may be more kind of chars that i cant think of right now.
