Based on your PM, it sure sounds legit, I haven't investigated the situation at all, but every rule can be bended, a harsh moderator is a proffessional rulebender and can make almost anything posted wrong.

Just as much as you are right, you could be wrong if you follow the rules By The Book, now I personally do not believe in this, I did once for a long time ago but with the years I grew in my mind and started to look at intentions instead of violations.

In here, if you want to discuss it in public I could tell you why you should be punished, and at the same time why you should not.

But my opinion is that you walk this one, but my opinion is not to ban Qdol for bringing this to the light.
