Some topics are really old, and they are in the front because either someone bumped them or the forum is not active.

Just like what they do in d2jsp, you should move all dead topics at least once a month.

BUT,, to save space, send ALL DEAD TOPICS to the SAME FORUM
and we can make it so that people can read but cant post on it

Voted yes, And I agree. But before that can happen, there needs to be more people posting/creating new topics/polls/threads/etc.
