FG converted to Path of exile orbs and rune-scape gold are a good go to.

e/ no one will med fg.

This..safest way IMO and orbs sell pretty quick for Poe

Could always make a fake trade thread or sell an unperm item and use a med to make it look more legit

If buying 40k for example get an unperm valk for the 40k and request med
