Few terms that will be used in this guide:
Seller - person with forum gold
Buyer - person with other currency
Med - optional NON-D2JSP mediator
JspMed - D2Jsp mediator
Unperm 08 - duped 08 items which have value if they were perm
1) Buyer must aquire 08 unperms equal to the value of the fg he/she wishes to purchase
2) Buyer creates a thread selling these unperms (as perm) as a set to a particular person (Seller)
3) Seller posts on thread to buy
4) Buyer requests JspMed
5) Buyer sends other currency to either
---a) Med
---b) Seller
6) JspMed contacts both Buyer and Seller
7) Buyer gives JspMed unperm dupes, seller sends forum gold to JspMed
8) JspMed has brokered the exchange of d2jsp forum gold as a legit trade!
Side note: if you used 5) a) (Med) after Buyer confirms he received forum gold from JspMed, Med can release other currency (such as paypal) to the seller
And there you have it perfectly 100% safe way to sell even large quantities of forum gold with 0% chance of getting locked because a D2Jsp Mediator will be doing it for you!

good guide, but everyone should already be doing this 
Another good way is poe mirrors and use a med.
can get 1 off site for 155 and they sell for 14k |

The issue with that is you actually have to get an item of value, in my guide you are using items that have little to no value to guarantee you get the forum gold. With steam items or poe items like you mentioned, someone has to actually be there to buy them for forum gold.

yes until someone just posts a s/a about you selling an unperm if they wanna be a dick about it.
thats biggest flaw with this. Wouldnt be a problem for gm people but people are dicks out there |

its pretty difficult to prove you sold an unperm especially now with new dupe out
you can always claim they duped it and got it poofed themselves...
i highly doubt people will be getting locked now a days for UAP given the conditions..
Even when you sell non-uap people could lie and claim unperm, dicks will be dicks

Using a non-D2jsp med isn't really "optional", because if you don't use a D3JSP med to mediate this type of transaction, you can still be scammed. Even with a D3JSP med, there are still a lot of potential things that could go wrong. Yes this method may help to prevent you from being locked for selling FG, but it requires a lot of work to not be scammed.
Let's say I'm selling you 50K Fg for example. You post a thread saying "Perm valk here, bla bla bla", I bin it, and we get a med trade going. For starters;

Med's always collect both parties items, so med would want the FG + the Valk. Using your logic, the person is suppose to pay for the FG with $ after the D2 Med has the FG. However, prior to the mediator giving you the FG, or giving me the item, meds usually confirm it is the correct item. So even if you send me $500 for the 50K FG, I can say to the med "Wait, I thought this was a 123 def valk not a 127, sorry but please refund my FG and return the item", and then, someone is going to be scammed.
The only practical way of this method being "full proof" is by using a d3jsp med every time, which given the inactivity of this site (not flaming the site, just saying), and the laziness of D2JSP meds, you would need four people to be online at once, The buyer + Trader + d3 med + d2 med.
1.) Contact d3 Med and explain whats going on
2.) Give the D3 Med the money. Keep in mind that PayPal is easily disputable, so unless you're paying with BTC\WU\Moneygram, or something other then PayPal, most meds will not want to touch the money, if they want to at all.
3.) After the D3 Med has the $, have buyer post the 08 Valk for 50K
4.) Seller bins it
5.) Req D2JSP Med
6.) Med collects both the FG + The Items
7.) Med swaps the valk and FG to the appropriate users.
8.) After the FG has been traded over, both players must confirm with the D3 Med
9.) D3 Med will now release the money to the seller
However, this does have a minor flaw in the fact the D3 med must be very observant, because as the seller of the FG, you only have a gold log to the d2 med. The D3 Med must watch both JSP's + The meds closely, to make sure the 50K FG does go into the buyers D2JSP account, because the buyer of the FG could always get the FG, and then send it off to a multi very quickly and claim " I never got the FG ", and then you would be unable to prove you sent him FG, because the logs would show to a med, not the buyer, and how do we know you didn't back out of the mediated d2 trade like I showed an example of earlier? Sure, you could screenshot all the in-game chat + med pm's etc, which would prove it, but it could become quite a head ache\hassle.
Anyways, I thought of doing this idea before, and most people who do sell\buy FG do post topics\use fake PM's of some sort, but I'm sure now that you posted this public there are probably snitches lurking and sending this type of info to the meds to look out for.

It's still optional... d3jsp med is not required to protect your d2jsp fg
if both parties in a trade trust each other, no external mediator is required
and if you read the steps, money goes to d3jsp med (if used) first always, if a med were not used, money would go to the seller first
This method is to protect yourself from having your d2jsp account closed--not protect you from being scammed (even using a mediator can result in a scam, if the mediator takes your money!)
another note about getting accused of selling UAP--highly unlikely the fg seller will do this because you would be able to have his/her jsp banned due to selling forum gold in the first place (which you could prove using paypal logs)

unperms rarely vanish due to game crash, they vanish when they clash with another unperm with the same origin (with a game in the same server-ip)
so unless you bring in a char with same items or the med does, its very very unlikely this would happen
