its because there is only 2 options,

1 - repay to site as ref is banned / scammer tagged

2 - repay whatever you owe to the person ref scammed
- the first person ref scammed is - http://www.d3jsp.org/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=25754 last seen 300 days ago - so there is little to no chance of contacting him
- the second is diaclo ( http://www.d3jsp.org/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=19313 ) also a scammer,
so there is an option to repay to the person he scammed which is parachor ( http://www.d3jsp.org/viewtopic.php?p=1296658#1296658 ) also scammer tagged.
now here is the issue and why i cant help any further he is tagged with the comment multis found with links to scammers

what id suggest you do is pm a SM+ and ask them to find out what multis are associated with the ip and if there's any outstanding debts to a user who isnt scammer tagged.

if this fails id say the only option would be to repay to the site as a donation
