At least, I do not consider this as pornography, because nothing is being shown; not at all.
Same goes with the other issue. As far as you do not break d3jsp rules being shown here: http://www.d3jsp.org/viewtopic.php?t=1272 then you are all good.
But I highly doubt that somebody will pay for putting that into an image

If it's completely bare with bo g-string or thong, yes it's unacceptable and violates rules here.
