but yea, i think this is a solid idea. im all for it - but it does seem pointless to an extent.
if someone trades with someone who is scammer tagged then they are an idiot and no measures WE take can keep them from getting scammed.

That's like me telling you someone has been convicted for rape, then getting in their windowless van alone.

1 issue is just locked users, they are just locked under suspicion of multi (most the time anyways)
but they still convince people to trade with them. and, well, they turn out to be a mutli and scam then multi again.

I'd go as far as saying locked people can't post in s&t section. make it so if they want to trade for their game, sure they can post in the (ex:)D3 section and sell IGG for items. but revoke their access to s&t because people be getting scammed for $. not to mention once someone gets tagged here for scamming fg, they go n snitch on the other party to d2jsp. i think keeping anyone who is locked out of the s&t specifically would cut down on scams and disables -slightly-

but that will probably never be implemented.
