what does it do?
I use my residence hall interenet down here at my university. Is it possible to change the ip? |

CC cleaner= file, registery, temp data, cleaner. Cleans out all your registery/temp data, internet files, backup info, and all sorts of things. Its a great way to make sure jsp cant latch onto you even if u change your ip.
and is your internet dynamic/static? what is your isp?
it seems like u have to share internet with a bunch of ppl, so im not entirely sure if u would be able to change it |

yeah im not sure if it is static or dynamic here. There is no modem that I can turn off so I have no idea. |

Most vpns dont work however i think i know of 1 that does 
Friend owns it and said it works for d2jsp logging in |
