How safe is it to trade/sell d2jsp forum gold

Hi, I have amassed a bit of forum gold on d2jsp, less than 10k. It was all done 100% legit via stuff I sold from my path of exile account. I'd like to transfer this forum gold into riot points or champs on League of Legends but it doesn't seem possible at d2jsp, they require a donation and then you have to be like specially selected apparently.

If someone was to offer me cash or riot points for my forum gold, would I just send all the forum gold to them. Is this going to look suspicious to the admins at d2jsp? Is it a gamble for the person buying my forum gold? I'd feel bad to sell it and the guy gets his account locked or something.

Anyway I'm very new here, but stumbled upon this place as a way to sell my fg and am wondering what kind of risks I'm running with. Thank you.
