Lock/Warn History

I do not think that a users amount of warns/locked/unlocked history should be view-able to anyone who wants to look at it. I believe this information should be private and only view-able to staff personnel only.

I believe that there should only be warn percentage(%) View-able and whether the user is currently LOCKED or Scammer tagged. In my own opinion this makes the site look bad due to the fact that users who have NEVER scammed or Did anything to deserve a locked tag or warnings have a history on their record due to wrongful warns/locks from mods abusing their powers or just goofing off (i.e.) When clean1/vitan decided to run rampant and destroy the site and lock/warn/ban everyone.

i think maybe, in the case of wrongful locking it be erased from the history all together. if thats possible, But i do think it helps make safer tradeing to know what and why that certain user was locked or warned. so, im not so sure where to lay my vote

I am not saying if they are locked to not have it viewable by all means yes have that information present.

I am saying in my case I was accused of scamming before and was locked for it, now it stays on MY record forever without it being erased, therefore making me look bad to other users.

I see. Your point is a good one, but yea if another case like your shows up they can always request for it to be removed.

Yeah true, I just figured it'd be a good suggestion to get tossed around, It seems kinda ugly for any random user to be able to look at everyone's history on the site ya know?

This is a good idea but I usually like to be transparent about warns. I can implement this if it is a better solution

I believe it would be better to have it this way, just seems more appropriate instead of giving everyone online the capability of seeing someone's "dirt".

If someone did scam, got locked, paid back got unlocked. Would that still be there to viewable by all? Imo i think the only time something should be hidden from the general public is when it was a mistake or mixup on a mods part. i think lock/unlock history should be visable to all.Kinda shows what kinda person that user is or can be. just my opnion of a member of the general public haha

Lock/unlock yes should be but ban/warn history should be private IMO, like the reasons someone got banned/warned/ shouldn't be posted. The percentage should be.

i agree with the warns being private thats not really a big deal imo. everyone has bad days and rages lol. no need for everyone to see your flaming. But, when u get banned, is it just like a temporary suspension and ur able to come back. Or is it a result of some kinda of scamming?

Ban just being temporary. I don't think people should be able to see your suspensions and why, etc. Unless you're suspended at the time of them viewing it.

Well depends on what you get banned for if it keeps a log imo. Lets say, you get a temp ban because a scam accusation was made.(dont know if this even happens like this) then u get locked/unlocked etc etc. i think that kinda ban should remain as further evidence i guess on that particular case

i think this is a very bad idea.

I like to be able to see if someone has a history of scamming .... some people are scammer that repaid their scam... its nice to see their history, would be very stupid if you guys made it so we cant know who has repaid their scam / who was a scammer and is not no more...

Doing this would only protect scammers and people who keep flaming.

same thing about why you can scam as long as you donate what people report you to the site , so you can scam again
