Since coming to this forum, i have noticed LOT's of people are using paypal to exchange goods.
I am making this thread to simply prevent people from getting charged back.

First Step: ask for the paypal email and there name they are sending from. Make sure it matches when they send you the money.
Second Step: Make sure they are not sending from a mobile device, this is usually what people who hacked paypal acc's so they can not be traced.
Third Step: See if the adress under there paypal account is confirmed, if not it should be a red flag.
Fourth Step: if the user is not trusted, ask them to send a goverment id photo, to prove they are the owner of the paypal account.

Quick tips:
- Sending as a gift will not help, people with there paypal acc's compromised can still chargeback with an "unauthorized payment"
- Sending a note does not help. PAYPAL DOES NOT LOOK AT THEM.

I hope this help's everyone.

Yep, sending as gift does prevent the buyer from charging back for "goods not shipped"
With that out of the way the only way they can charge back is unauthorized transaction. Now if you tv them and be assured they are not proxy'ing they won't win it.

That is true, however some people have hacked paypal accounts, and they use that to send the money. So when the originial owner see's the payment they will claim an unauthorized payment.
