Hmm not sure. Did you accidentally click the check box that makes your donation anonymous?
The one that says
Leave the box unchecked to show your username with your donation.
If you check this box, this donation will NOT be counted towards donor stars or top donors. You will still receive FG and donor forum access!
go on your profile does it show you've donated?
and have you tried adding them yet?
- go to settings (top right of the page)
- select donor stars ( on the left 7th down)
