If you were banned for botting/cheating, there's not much you can do. The only thing you could theoretically do is convince Blizzard you were hacked at the time, meaning they will check IP's. Every now I then I read a post where someone claims they were able to do it after a D3 ban by logging onto their battle.net account through a VPN and changing the password (and then claiming they were hacked) but it seems really unlikely they would fall for this.

That is depending on why you got banned afterall.

If you got banned for; Botting - Then no, UNLESS you have been botting from a diffrent IP, than your real IP.

If you got banned for other stuff such as Goldselling and so on - Then yes, if your good at talking smile
