How do I do it? Do I just have to get all his land from him or what?

just rid ALL his/her land...

either that or make the person give up... then he/she looses all of them instantly

for me killing an empire is pretty hard... since most people who are dieing are close to the bottom and i can't attack them directly... if you can.. then go for it lol
