I've seen cases for all staff to be removed
Trash talk is part of the gaming community and i would rather a moderator e able to speak his mind than be a puppet of the rules
Also I don't think votes are fair, I think, judging by how people act, merk would be the only person on moderator team that would garner fair unbiased and good votes. Everyone from gaz3 to memorial to Cinemax to blackberry to tramway to ref have pushed atleast a few buttons which would result in naysayers and haters. Why put one mod up for votes if the rest won't be? Doesn't seem fair.

Well I don't think you should be a head of advisors if you tried to "get me on staff" for items that are worth some $$

Bribing others to be on staff to get your items should never be allowed, this is where corruption starts...
