[Help me & make 50 Mill] 145k DPS Monk needs upgrade ro

I'm at an impasse where I don't know where to go with my gear set. I don't want to go a gimmick tempest rush build and don't know where to upgrade next. I can dump around 500 mill a month into the toon plus whatever I make farming.

My ideal goal would be to be able to carry/farm MP10 at will; while still being a DPS powerhouse. I read as much as I can but with residency I have no time to worry with min max, hence your reward!

The post which most comprehensively gives me an upgrade strategy primarily involving the breaking of my Innas, and where to go from there towards goals with consideration towards budget [Lets say 1bill maxx for this month]

I will make a decision Thursday 1/31/13 at 5:00 EST (Willing to show any mods or perspective posters in game as well to guarantee I have the gold)
