if they put in goldlog that theyw ont chargeback etc, is it still unsafe?

Paypal is the un safest way to trade regardless.
Pros and Cons to Verified People
Pros:
You know that person added there bank and prob isnt a Mullti
Cons
There bank is added and it only takes a change of an ip for an easy charge back
Pros
If you are scammed you can file a charge back
Con
if you are scammed you must have A LOT proof since you are considered scam by paypal

Trade with people who are very active and do pp trades often, in large and small amounts. |

i just explained it pretty easy for you....
VERIFIED PEOPLE CAN CHARGE BACK EASY... VERY EASY
UN VERIFIED PEOPLE HAVE TO HAVE A LOT OF PROOF. ( SINCE PAYPAL GOT ALOT OF SCAMS)
even if you take the money it can be charged back... if a verified person charges back
NOT SAYING UN VERIFIED CANT CHARGE BACK JUST SAYING ITS ALOT HARDER and requires alot of proof

me:Charge Back Item with Credit Card Company
You:See's Paypal is Holding the Money That was sent for Fg
Me: Says i was not on that I.P Address and it wasnt me bUYING fg
You:Gets fucked Over The Money And Fg
