what's the success rate for a seller getting the benefit of the doubt? Just got chargebacked for $40usd on a trade about 3 weeks ago. And if it fails do I have to pay back paypal within a certain timeframe? Can I just never use that paypal account again? It is verified and tied to my bank account.

I think you will be in debt to paypal. You will have a $-40 on your paypal balance, someone correct me if im wrong please, im not entirely sure but i think thats what happens and you can just pay via your card.

annoy is correct. you will be in paypal debt and owe them the money your self. my brother had it happen to him when he sold his WoW account for like 350$. got charged back 2 weeks later after spending the money and had to pay it all back. shitty situation. sorry to hear it.
