a moderator is spamming in my Private messages

Yes, a moderator. After being told to stop spamming in my private messages. This moderator refuses to listen and continues to spam, "omg".
Can I report this to a higher rank mod? I find this spamming extremely irritating, please take care of this issue.

use the feature to block pm's
all i see he replied you with
"omg" 3-4 times
