It isn't socketed, this is a pre patch 1.03 scepter still on classic.
i don't play xpac much.
currently the offer is 4k fg from parker252 on jsp ( i don't like him so i probably won't sell to him )
but i'll take your c/o here at 1,000
e: if i can sell it today / tonight before my skimboarding competition tomorow i will let it go for 5.5k fg.

just use double spirit on a lld hdin on xpac
(although there is no better lld smiter weapon on xpac)
i would prefer it stay on classic, but if you can pay my asking price i really don't care what you do with it.
but i won't take less than what i said, i'd rather make a godly -30/-40 req nate din on classic than accept less.

im gonna take some screen shots of my private 1.03 legits sometime and post up
i might even sell a couple for a ridiculous ammount of $ if i get the right offer.

14str 18dex 26life 39mana 9xed legit war gaunts~~ for starters
