To answer your question...yes. The rules apply everywhere but the battle field. If you feel the need to spam then do it here. The post don't count nor do you receive fg for posts made in here. If you need to rage at anyone or about anything do it there. If you decide to do it elsewhere then you can be warned, banned or whatever the mods decide.

if you are too retarded to understand jessmop then you really are beyond hopeless (but ofc judging from your previous posts we already knew that). just because the battlefield is not moderated (under the standard d3jsp rules) doesnt mean you can do ANYTHING you want. some certain things such as racism, pornography, etc should not be allowed anywhere, even here.

I believe I understand the rules now, the confusion came from difference sources telling me different things. There was no lack in reading comprehension. With that being said, I'm still curious about the original question I posed in this first post.
