|
|
This is just a basic guidline for anyone to follow if they decide to make a smiter that uses tap. This build will cover the gear and skill/stats used for the smiter, the skill in dueling or killing monsters will be left up for you to figure out on your own. Note that dueling with tap will be considered BM (bad manner) by most players.
Some Goals: A few goals your smiter should reach with this build. 4.5k + Life, Max block, and with some practice and skill, ownage in duels.
The Gear
Helm: Ber Shako
Some might like to use a 2x Ber Coa but in my opinion Shako is #1 choice.
Armor: Enigma
Any low strength required enigma will do, some might like to use coh but being able to tele smite, and tele around gives an advantage. Coh would be the choice if you decide to do alot of pvm. (player vs monster)
Weapon: Greif Phase Blade
Grief phase blade with fanatacism will give you max ias (increased attack speed) never having to repair your weapon is also a bonus. Even though the grief is only a phaseblade your charge attack will still do plenty of damage.
Shield: Eth Vortex Shield Exile
For a tap smiter eexile is your best choice.
Gloves: Dracul's Grasp
Again for a tap smiter dracul's grasp is your best choice.
Belt: Verdungo's Hearty Cord
Pretty much your best choice belt for a smiter.
Boots: Waterwalks
The dexterity and life boost are great, with the added *100 defence vs missile is superb.
Amulet/Rings: Mara's Kaleidoscope/Raven frost, Bul-Kathos'
Maras with the skill and resist, raven frost with the AR (attack rating (to help your charge)) and bk with the skill and life.
Get yourself a ptorch, anni, and 37x 20 lifers, and your smiter gear wise will be ready to go.
Skills
Max: Smite, Holy Shield, Fanaticism, and Defiance.
The remaining points should all go into your charge. (optional)
Also optional are putting one point into salvation for high resist against fire, cold, and ice, and holy freeze to slow down your oponents. (and who cares you're already considered bm)
Stats
The stats are pretty easy. Enough strength to wear your gear, if you followed the build right you should have base strength. (no points put into strength at all)
Enough dexterity points to have max block, and the rest of the stat points go into your vitality, which should give you 4.5k plus life.
Once you've done this have fun beating most people up pvp.
Hopefully my guid helped you. If not completely at least alittle, enjoy.
