Show me one example where he contributed to the site? He doesn't do anything good.

Does he ever stop flaming people for no reason? No.

His caps lock is obviously not broken, why should I allow such an ass clown to be around this site flaming people in caps 24/7 and spamming? Unmoderated? Why do I need to moderate based on one forum? I'd appreciate it if you stopped second guessing on others' decisions.

When he deserves to be around the site, he'll be allowed to. This is more than fair for some idiot who simply acts like a 1 year old and flame people in caps all day. If you're still going to act like a dick, please do it elsewhere.
