how do i look at my gems and see what they do?

you can check how many gems you got by seeing the number right above your exp bar and as for wat they do,you just got to remember them.For now,gems are mostly used for giving them to some random events for stat bonuses or trading them with the barkeep at D3JSP inn for stuff like permanent hp,temporary hp,charm,race change...etc

No.Talking to cedrik only gives you a charm point at the most.The barkeep is the one who deals with gems

its worth it, it gives alil better +% attack and instead of 3 turns on stalion, peg gives 4 extra turns a day.
