new rule suggestion and another involving rep

on jsp it req a trusted tag but cuz of the rep thing on this site it shud req a certain amount of rep and w/ rep have it so ppl cant jus randomly lower ur rep 4 no reason.
lowering rep shud req sum kind of proof in the review mayb b4 it will drop?

i agree with douglas.. if someone doesn't like you it's too easy for them to lower your rep. I like the rep idea, but it has flaws. i agree perhaps some proof or something in order for it to lower your rep. maybe if a scammer accusation is proved in the s.a forums then the lower would go through, but only after the accusation is proved to be correct(ther person is a scammer).

it's actually a pretty good idea, but meh rep doesnt even mean nething
idk how we would quantify "proof" though. like how would it work? do we have a rep comittee or something?

Good idea in theory but as long as someone can do stuff to your rep they will be able to abuse it.
