Blizzard sorcs work well, just max blizz and its synergies as well as cold mastery. The order doesnt really matter that much since you're pvm.

Gear,

Occy
Shako
Tals armor
Tals belt
Tals ammy
Nagel
Nagel
War travs
Chance Guards
Splendor works JUST fine for shield, or you can use spirit monarch if you have enough str

For your merc, you can get him infinity/fort/andys

This build is ok for andy/meph, but IMO, i'd go cl/orb. Max Frozen orb + its synergy, and chain lightning, lightning and Lightning mastery. This lets you kill almost every monster in the game, and is better for mfing. You can just use the same gear as above for a blizzard sorc, but for this an infintiy merc REALLLY helps.
