I got two paypal accounts, sell forum gold to someone on one paypal account and after I recieve the $ I send it to the other paypal account.
The scammer does a chargeback.
What happens? does the first account stay - $ or does it remove the $ from the 2nd account? |

I was also considering doing this. I think it would work just fine but the PayPal balance on the new account would go into a negative balance, and if you signed up with your real info you will start getting letters in the mail saying pay it or they'll send collection agencies after you (I've had this happen, haven't paid it off yet and haven't seen the collection agency (it's been 2-3 years now)), if you do it with fake info and they catch you, you might get charged with identity fraud.
I have seen people doing this before though.

Well I donno, I already have been scammed before for over 200$ USD I was new and everything all I got was random emails saying I had to fix my balance and after 3 months they closed my paypal account. But I still recieved the money !
Edit : Plus I already had to make like 2-3 paypal accounts and in all of them I put my real ID ..

| But I dont get it, if it was so easy then all I would have to do is like get a friend, make him send 2,000$USD ++ to a paypal account, make that paypal account send it to my paypal account get the $, make him do a refund and then its all good? free 2,000$USD? |
