So I make this .gif file in photoshop. Can someone (in detail) show me where i can upload it so its the entire gif file. not just one image.

Im sorry but Im not entierly sure I follow. All the major image hosts can take animated gif, at least the ones I am aware of. Sure some of them has filesize restrictions, but they just downsize your image ursually. My guess would probably be you're not saving them correctly.

you cant use the "save as" function.. you have to click "save for web and devices" otherwise its just a gif quality image not an "animated gif"

if its saved right you do the simple upload of any other image and it should work.

Sounds like you should save if .gif from there straight off. By default I think it is selective diffusion no transparancy dither. Bicubic quality, you should read on about these on wikipedia, incase it matters to you. Looping option is only once though I think, so you probably would wanna change that to forever.
