I really think it's no use, you need to contact your i.s.p and have your ip changed or let them know that you are having this issue, it's not the forum's error.
You are responsible for your own account, I think you should fix your ip to resolve this issue for good.
Thats the fastest route to success in this situation, Make sure nobody else logs on the forum with the same ip anymore.

i assume you are and idiot... if you had read all the posts related to this (and in 1month i made several of them ) you would have seen that i work in a bank and cant change ip because i want so... and we all use same ip as i said and selena31 was an older user who was locked because i joined , even that i was allowed by tramway to use same ip lol ... so gtfo with your shitty ideas and crappy site
maybe i should stay on d2jsp because there mods are not so retards as the ones from here...
