I'm over here anywhere between 3-5 days a week. He's looking to join, but if I remember correctly when I joined it says something about getting banned if there is more than one account per IP address.
My question to you guys is, what do we have to do, to get him an account?

Well his forum gold and yours as well will be locked, no one will be banned.
I can just unlock each of you, but I'm pretty sure it will keep locking (one user has had this problem) as long as you use the same ip; so unless you can use an alternate ip you will both be locked.
