how to prepare to reset ?

Hey there !

I have a problem with preparing myself to reset. As you all know reset will arrive soon (yes, soon - not Blizzardish one) and I do not know how to prepare. Do you have already ideas for starting playing from zero ? What to buy (drinks/food) and so ?

Tell me, how you are preparing to this event.

Hmm, one big thing is use a character who can support himself in the beginning and can later support characters like hammerdins who can't support themselves.
A favorite for me is Summoning Necromancer; The main characters people actually welcome to games are Summoning Necromancers, Warcry Barbarians, and on some occasions Teleport sorceress' and Oak Sage Druids.

Drinks and Food do not really matter, buy the kind that doesn't make you jitter, caffeine is not what you need, you need something to last in your stomach.

Personally a team arranged with friends online is not dependable, I just join with whoever I can find, make the group a large group, there is strength in numbers.

Make a way to gain much runes/fg, f.e:
-keyruns with trapsin
-horker
-blizz soso
-classic rush soso
etc.

the character who will be advance fastest without great gear is sorceress derisive

ice preffered
you can make rushes, quests and mf runs too at the start of the ladder which might bring you some nice fg smile

Imo a blizzard sorc is a good way to start the new ladder.

Max blizzard, glacial spike, ice blast and cold mastery. Put one point in teleport,
telekinesis (it's a pre-req to teleport), static field and teleport. Put the rest of the
skill points in ice blast. If you want to you can put more in teleport so it will be
easier to tele.

Start with doing meph runs in nightmare untill you have good enought items to do
meph and andy in hell fast enough.

max glacial bolt first, 1 pkt into mastery,tele, static, warmth +1, then max blizz, next synergies and at least - cold mastery
