I need a bit of help

Ok, for a dbz map i am making, i want it so that scarabs can spawn next to units so that it looks like they are firing ki blasts. i was able to get the scarabs to teleport next to my desired unit, but instead of attacking a nearby enemy, they fly away and try attacking their original target. can anyone help me with this problem? (to be brief, i want scarabs to teleport to a different unit and attack nearby enemies)
