This was suggested and applied to Clan leaders only.
I think we should be able to send to multiple parties regardless, and the user length could be five or so.

i find the multiple message to be good and bad. it would be nice but i know and you know and everyone knwos that there will be about 5+ jerks that will abuse it to its fullest potential. but if there was some abuse monitor. like make it so you have to have less than X warn to be able to do it, or you must be a member for X amt of time. something along those lines, then it wouldnt be bad, or better yet, and some will hate me for this, make it a buyable constant item, or a members ++ upgrade. that will make it harder for random jerks to abuse it, if they have to pay for it the most likely wont abuse it
that way you can weed out some of the jerks. all in all, absolutely love the concept
