Quick Basic Farming Guide For Guild Wars

Permasin Farming

Uses for build:

raptor farming, destroyer core farming


Raptors:
1: go to rata sum
2: switch to hard mode
3: zone into riven earth
4: grab the bounty
5: run to edge of the cave thingy
6: Cast 1,2,3
7: run in a clockwise pattern around cavern gathering everythig untill rekoff broodmother
8: Keep perma going using 1,2,3
9: once all monsters are gathered press 4,5,6,7,8
10: rinse and repeat untill atleast 25 raptors plus rekoff are dead
11: pick up drops
12: map back to rata
13: repeat untill you decided to sell items


Destroyers:
1: go to central transfer chamber
2: switch to hard modoe
3: talk to challenge guy
4: go in
5: run past baby in the middle closer to left side
6: Wait for the timer to reach approximately 3 minutes keeping perma up the whole time
7: run to the right and group them into a tight bundle
8: cast 4,5,6,7
9: rince and repeat untill your tired of standing there or they are all dead
10: type /resign
11: once back in town click accept all
12: sell, chest, and repeat

Attributes:
Max Smiting prayers
Get atleast 3 regen on mystic
Rest goes into prot prayers

Equip:
5 Superior monk runes (1 of each and then 1 more of the cheapest)
Starter or First town armor(5-15 ar)
5 Radiant insignias(not necessary but nice)
20% enchanting 1 handed item (with energy mods)
- 50 hp grim cesta

Usage:
1: Go outside

2: Cast 7,6,5,8

3: run near a group

4: cast 1,2

5: walk into group

6: cast 4

7: cast 3

8: keep up 1,2.... cast 3 whenever

9: watch them die

10: enjoy

This build is for bergen hotsprings and most 55 applications, it is generic. a change to the build can be to add in shielding hands or shield of absorbtion, if you are doing trolls both are nice

Attributes:
10 divine favor
10 Protection prayers
Whatever is left goes to inspiraton magic

Equipment:
All survivor runes
Superior divine favor ( to hold onto spell breaker longer)
Rest with runes of vitae
Armor:
if you do not have your starter armor go to the starter town(factions= shing jea monastery) and buy the armor
You will need either a caster 1 handed with a 20% enchant and an energy focus OR just a 20% enchant staff (doesnt have to be your attribute but it is nice)


Heros:
This can be done with 1 hero but i prefer two in case you run into alot of scourge shit:

Hero one (necessary one):

this heros attributes will be maxed smite and prot. unyielding is your rez. rest goes to blood rits attribute (i dont use blood rit but friend does so i included it... even though i can 600 better than him lol)

Hero two:
AjBClRwQ0AO9tpd9JPQXB

This heros attributes will be maxed healing and divine favor (blah blah blah)

i am not going to list every place the 600 is used because it would take too long


Step1:
Go outside

Step2:
Cast all the constant enchantments( dont forget to cancel them so that the heros wont be gay)

step3:
Run up to group

Step4:
Cast Spell breaker, prot spirit, and spirit bond

step5:
Stand there and let them beat on you, when spell breaker starts to run out use your mantra. make sure to keep prot and spirit bond up

step6:
if something is taking awhile to die, use pain invert(usefull for bosses or warriors that heal every 2 seconds)

Step7:
Grab Drops

Step8:
Enjoy

i have edited the guide slightly, the keg farming has been nerfed (budger now has a timer) i have recently stopped playing gw so if there are any new nerfs or if anyone would like to add to this be my guest. if it is ever recompiled your name will be included into it.
