Pros:
40k+ Damage
2k+ Life
Very Fun
Descent Resists

Cons:
Very slow
Low attack rating

As for skills:
20 Cold Mastery
20 Light Mastery
20 Warmth
20 Enchant (to make up for lack of AR).
20 Shiver Armor
Rest into Cold Mastery to add a punch to your Shiver Armor
Or you can go with adding the rest into Thunderstorm

Helm - Dream
Holy Shock + Light Mastery = massive damage, vit, mana, res, fhr, and chance to cast confuse. Absolutely NO other option.

Armor - Dragon
Holy Fire, Str, Attributes. If you do not want dual elements, use Fort.

Shield - Dream Monarch
Holy Shock, Vit, Mana, Res, Fhr, and chance to confuse. No other option.

Amulet - Highlord's
Ias, Deadly Strike, +1 skill.

Rings - Bk and Raven, Or Dual leech rings
Cannot be frozen, Dex, Ar, Leech.

Gloves - Soul Drainer's
Dual leech, - Monster def with each attack.

Boots - Gore Rider's
FRW, Cb, Ds, Ow.

Belt - Nosferatu's
Leech life, Ias, Slow target, Str.

Weapon - Beast Zerker
Fanaticsm, Ias, Cb, Ow, Bear (main reason), Prevent Monster Heal, Str, Energy.

On switch - CTA, and Spirit.

Inventory - Sorc Torch, Anni, 20 lifers with resists.
Self explanatory.

Merc:
A2 Defensive Defiance Merc.

Weapon - Infinity
More damage for you.

Armor - Fort
Damage, Resist.

Helm - Andy's
Leech, Ias, Skills, Str.

Gameplay:
Cast Bo, and Bc, Enchant yourself and merc. Then turn into a bear and kick some ass. Both PvM and PvP.

Why wouldn't you get any to Fire Mastery if you were going Enchant and Dragon Armor?
