3x 5fhr/mana scs (17mana is perfect)

rest are life/mana scs ( 20life/17mana are perfect)

switch: cta+ bo spirit

with this setup you should achieve:
105fcr teleport break point ( blizzard is not affected by this bp because it has a cooldown count down on it , still make animation go faster)
86 fhr which should get you out of most attacks unless good mind blast sin.

Stats:
strength - enough for gear ( should not be a problem with enigma , more harder with coh)
dex - since no -block , there is no need for it
vita - rest
mana - base your warmth/mana pots should recover it when needed also sojs other mana from items should help you.

skills:
3 warmth
1 into telekines - pre-required ( not needed if you use enigma)
1 into teleport - tele ofc ( not needed if you use enigma)

1 into frozen armor - pre required
1 into shiver armor - pre required (use when pvming)
1 into chilling armor (use when pvping)
1 in frost nova - pre required

optional:
1 into orb , to freeze your enemies for long periods of time
works well when rushing normal/nightmare as well

max the skills in following order:
20 blizzard
20 ice blast
20 glacial spike
20 mastery
rest into ice bolt

if you plan to rush normal/nightmare yes/ can even do hell andy with it
usefull to slow melees down
