Heidi didn't move, but apparantly low level farmies cant see her yet. (At least, that's what I think, since eventually all my chars are able to visit her

Ramius does bless, but because people are so crazy and farms gold 24/7 she has a higher favor req mate.
and heidi's there, but as always, I think heidi has like some kind of level 8 req (or you have to pvp before you're able to visit her, idk.) it's some option i cant do anything about, but i recall it's like that on central as well

On both my chars I can get Heidi at level 1, so it must not be the level 8 req. I think she has a 1 DK requirement though because I could never use her until after my first.

There is something like an 8 lvl req I think. but only for farmies. Once you've hit the req once, it's fine.

I guess I wouldn't know, and there is the chance of the cursing. I bet you can get blessed weapon and armor, but not multiple stackings... Just a logical guess.

never mind, i found 'er. didn't get cursed either. I was afraid it was at like 5000 or some ridiculous number like that.
