Was discussing breakfast sandwitches with someone, and decided to post my own personal breakfast sandwitch recipie. i make these one day a month, and fair the be warned. they are estimated at 10k-15k calories each..... smile

mkay.

-heat skillet over high flame
-melt 2 sticks butter in skillet
-when butter is melted reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins.
-after this add in large eggs (unscrambled) (will need 2 eggs per each sandwich you want to make)
-raise heat to highest flame your oven can produce.
(yes. you are deep frying eggs in pure butter.)
-cut 1 package bacon in 1/2. add to large saucepan on medium-high heat. cover and lat sit(stirring occasionally) untill large ammount of baconfat has been rendered.
-drain fat. add in 1/4th cup maple syrup(molases would be better) and 1/4th teaspoon of liquid smoke flavoring.
-lay out bread on baking sheet. lightly baste with (yup, more) butter.
-Sprinkle Cinnoman and Sugar on buttered bread and set aside.
-Turn on Broiler and let warm up
-By now Eggs should be finished to your preference of yolk consistancy. (be sure to leave atleast a little run. it will be the glue that holds this beast together. Set on plate to the side. allow to sit and stew in own butter runnings(aka do not drain off excess.
-Bacon will be completed at this point(you didnt forget to stirr occasionaly and burn it did you?) set on cooling rack to drain.
-Insert bread into broiler and WATCH CAREFULLY! it will take less than 30 seconds before bread is burnt to a charred crisp so WATCH IT!
-Remove bread, flip sides and lightly slather with your favorite Jam and/or preserves
-Add bacon
-Add 2 eggs per sandwitch
-Pinch of salt(kosher) and pepper(fresh ground)
-add slice of favorite NON AMERICAN cheese.
-Apply top layer of Jammed bread.
-Press sandwitch between 2 plates to compact contents and release the gluing agent(egg yolk)
-Napkins optional.

E: i will probably post pics this weekend if i can find my damn camera/data cable
