1.0 Introduction.

This is the guide for hit and run character called glass cannon. Glass cannon is a bowa/light fury setup amazon that does a very high physical damage, and is able to get 43 dr / 6.5 k guided arrow damage / 150frw with fury damage switch/ 180frw with damage reduction /frw switch , also you will notice that your resistants will be low and life wont be that great . The main thing you have to remember this amazon is not a tank , few hits from a good damage character and you will die . The main focus in duel is to stay away from your opponent and use your arrows , when opponent gets close use fury since 75% block will help you a lot vs melees.

1.1Skills

Bow Skills:
20 guided arrow this will be your main attack , it founds your enemy so you dont have to aim that much.
8 multi arrow thats enough for 18-20 arrows ( covers whole screen) this is your second main attack and its very usefull.
1 into penetrate altrough many people say its a waste of 1 skill point this skill will own most of the non-mb casters such as es sorcs.
1 into magic arrow - pre req skill.
1 cold arrow - pre req skill

Java skills:

1 into posion javelin - pre req skill
1 into lightning bolt
1 into plague javelin
1 into fury ( you wont depend on lighning damage from fury)

Passive skills:
10-15 into critical strike - This is enough, i personally am satisfied with 66% dodge and i put only 10 point into critical strike.
1 into penetrate - this is more pre req skill but oh well ar bonus for multi/penetrate is useful.
1 into pierce this is good when dueling summoners/druids because it will make your arrows go through his summons. Also nosferatus piercing stacks on top of this.
16 into dodge
13 into avoid
16-20 into evade - the reason is most of the time you will be running thats why you need it the most.
1 into inner insight <- pre req
1 into slow missile <- this is great skill , it works vs spells and other bowazons
very useful!

if you have few points left over put one into decoy/valkirie ! great decoys when zvz'ing

Skills needed to complete this build: 20+8+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+10+1+1+16+13+16+1+1 (+2 <optional> enough for 1.3-1.5k life with gear ( no bo)

1.3 Gear
There are a big variety of gear you can use for bowa but here is my setup:

Helms:
main helm: 120 ed/ 45ias / 30 frw <- best helm for this build
Helm in stash: Kiara with 65-70 res have a 15res/15 ias jewel in it. <- this is a gg helm when dueling casters , slap this on when ur 1vs1 sorcs

Weapon:
Gmb Faith <- damage/ar boost/skills/res/ what else ya need?

Belt:
Nosferatus

Armor:
Dusk shroud fort or other light armor type of fort ( ofc ds has best def )
The reason is its light type of armor and wont slow your frw down ( which armor likes archon plate and Sacred armor do)

Rings:
1 x ravenfrost
1x rare ar/str/dex/life/res ring <on> gg boots add damage/frw/life

Boots:
Wartravs
In stash: 3 res boots like viper trample or just viper trample. Put them on when dueling casters.

Gloves:
Corpse hold on d2_pk/d3jsp realm
20ias/str/dex/knockback/res gloves on ladder

Ammy:
cats eye frw/dex/ias <- best ammy

Switch:
Now there is two kinds of switchs:

#1 :
Damage reduction/frw switch: Berd stormshield / eth titans
frw/dr/cr/

Use vs melees mainly

#2:
high ed javs ( i use eth rare balrog javs on d3_jsp realm , since it has good average damage / you can roll them in d2_pk/d3jsp realm easy , they cost crazy fg on ladder so just stick with titans if you cant afford )

Phoenix monarch with all your dex you will have max block with it dont worry!

try to get 400ed one IT makes your fury physic damage insane!

use this with casters mainly / or bad melees

Scs:
enough frw scs to get 150frw without titans
and 180frw with titans
all else : 3max/ar/life scs


Stash:

keep your switch in stash while using other ofc

viper tramps <- when dueling casters mainly

hotspurs <- only use when your dueling Fb sorc they + kiras will make it hard for them to kill you ( Remember on bowa hotspurs are Good manner dont listen to idots who say bm)

40ed/15ias kira

demonlimb <- bm not necesarry i find a huge ar boost nice and bm is bm , if faggots wanna bm they will get bm back in their face.

cta <- / cant prebuff before duel in gm , use in bm or not gm games makes your a bit better ( dont try to tank with your zon even if you have bo on )

Breakpoints/damage stats:

5.5k+ damage guided arrow
3k+ max damage multi arrow
1.3k-1.5k life
55% + dodge
60% + avoid
55% + evade

92 ias bp for gmb faith ( with suggested gear you will reach it dont worry)

150frw on phoenix setup / 180frw on stormshield setup

positive res at all time!

15k ar+ for multi arrows at all time!

2k+ life with bo

43 dr with stormshield

I gurantee you
with bm setup u will clean up 95% of pub games

[b]1.6 Merc:

you hire offensive merc in nightmare for might
remember merc is just there to support you till opponent gets close
most opponents will kill merc in 1 hit
so use his auras while theres far away (spam guided in their directions)

and heres gear:

08 gaze berd / or normal berd gaze ( for dr not too usefull )
bramble with highest thorn auara u can get ( lvl 21 is max)
pride merc - concentration! try to get lvl 20 one \

Thought - glass cannons are not that great imo i perfer Vita bcuz u can do good damage+good Ar without being glass cannon and u can achieve max resist
