LotGD gold exchange not working

Trying to transfer my chars 45k gold before my dk, but whenever I try to convert it into fg it keep telling me I don't have that much gold, which is not true, as the char has 46k gold in the bank. Is anyone else encountering problems?

Plus make sure yo are exchanging logd gold vs forum gold not forum gold vs logd gold
