but it doesnt make much since about how it goes from nice blue stars to pitch black so fast |

witht the way the site is coded, anything too uch further than that point is overlayed by a sliding "block" of that 2nd slice to accomidate the different screen resolutions. tried it all the way across but it looked like total ASS. so that was the best solution i could devise.

It's not that great I prefer the one now. Noctres the one you made is sloppy, and the gradient is messed up. The stars just randomly (kinda) fade into the black. It leaves it open, and makes it seem incomplete. I also don't like the stars really. It doesn't really fit this place. It makes it seem like we are supporting NASA or something lol. There are things that could be done to make it look not so NASA supporting. But maybe try some different banners also? I may try some later. This is just constructive critism from a fellow GFX so don't be like wow Matts a dick

You might try making something from complete scratch so people don't have any reason to sue tram
I like it but I agree that you could do better, lets see some nice abstract work imo
